She shares which ingredients are safe and which we should avoid, like hormone- and endocrine-disrupting methylparaben and oxybenzone. What most people forget, she warns, is that even though your skin is tanned “you’re still susceptible to burn. A LOT of people forget that.” The common ingredient DHA, she cautions, is safe for your skin but can actually make you more susceptible to burning.
