To start, you may need to have a self-diagnosis about how you have been feeling these days. Do you feel stressed? Have you been eating anything that is bad for your body? Ask yourself these questions and if the answer is yes, then you know what to do.
If you feel stressed, it may seem that you need to cool your stress levels down. You can do this by having some me time or family time. Spending some amount of time looking at something green or blue, instead of looking at your piles of work will help you in reducing the falling eyelashes.
