Liquid eyeliner is the best option for a flawless line, wing, or cat eye. It goes on smoothly so you don’t end up with a jagged line. It will also always appear the boldest and thickest. But mascara works just as well as liquid liner, which is why we suggest you just stick your eyeliner brush there instead of purchasing two products that essentially contain the same thing. Dip your eyeliner brush into the tube of mascara and apply as you normally would apply eyeliner.
When your mascara gets a little flaky, this doesn’t mean it’s time for a new bottle. Add a few saline solution drops to the tube and you’ve got yourself another week’s worth of mascara before you need to replace it.
