Monday Motivation: Wake Up With Your Hair Made

Would waking up Monday morning be so dreadful if you didn’t have to worry about doing your hair? Makeup is much more fun and far easier, whereas doing your hair is sometimes nothing more than a hassle. Of course there are times when you just throw your hair up and call it a day, but if you’re trying to walk out the door shortly after waking up and still have gorgeous locks, then you’ll love today’s beauty hack.

This simple hair hack requires one or two steps before bed and absolutely nothing in the morning. The result? Voluminous, bed-head waves.

This trick works for either wet or dry hair. Comb through your hair to make sure there aren’t any tangles. Run some texturizing cream or salt spray through your strands and toss your hair up in a bun. This will allow the product to do the work for you instead of having to do any curling when you wake up. Now all you have to do is get some much-needed beauty sleep. Overnight the product and the bun will curl your hair so that you’ll wake up with gorgeous waves, and they’ll work together to create volume too. If you sleep on loose hair, you’re more likely to wake up with flat patches, a mismatched part, and greasy hair. You’ll also have tangles to deal with as a result of tossing and turning through the night.

In the morning take out your bun and loosen up the curls. They should be loose and wavy. Add some hair serum to the ends if they’re dry and frizzy. Now you know the easiest hair trick in the book.
