Weekend wardrobe: Spring break edition
Spring break is here, which means you probably need some new beachy outfit ideas. I know I do. We’ve got some staples that every girl needs before heading out to a fun week in the sun, so stock up before it’s too late.
If you’re going to be on a beach during spring break (or even if you’re not), bringing a maxi skirt will offer you tons of outfit possibilities. You can wear it as a swim suit cover up during the day, and then dress it up at night with a crop top and tons of jewelry. The boho vibe will have you looking like a beach goddess all week long.
Overalls can be cute as a swimsuit cover up, or simply a casual outfit for daytime. Pair them with your bikini or a crop top to feel like a 90s babe all over again.
Floppy sun hat
Floppy sun hats aren’t just adorable – they protect your face from the sun, which means no wrinkles. Running around the beach on spring break is all fun and games until you get a bad sunburn, and I’m guessing you don’t own a bright red foundation to cover it. Buy a cheap floppy hat to look cute and be protected at the same time.
One piece swim suit
Sexy one pieces are a staple that every woman should own. The best thing about them – they emphasize the good, and hide the bad. They’re obviously tighter and therefore they hold in your stomach area, but show off your booty. Make sure you find one that fits you right and isn’t too small.
