You Need To Start Putting Eyebrow Gel In Your Brows

Eyebrows are every woman’s favorite feature nowadays. All of the top models have stunning brows that we envy. Everyone wants prominent, striking, sexy brows, but not everyone was born with them. That is where these handy cosmetics called eyebrow gels come in to save the day!

So, first things first…

What is eyebrow gel?

Eyebrow gels are gels made especially to accentuate and highlight the eyebrows. Clear gels are perfect for those born with naturally lush, dark brows. They are great for those of us who just need a bit of calming in the brow department. Tinted eyebrow gels are great if you’re also looking to outline and augment dainty eyebrows. If you want the best of both worlds, most clear eyebrow gels can be worn over your usual eyebrow pencil. Eyebrow gels are particularly formulated, so they aren’t crumbly or tacky.

Who is eyebrow gel made for?

People with eyebrows. The end. Everyone can benefit.

Why should you use eyebrow gel?

Simply raking your brows with an eyebrow gel comb will give them improved demarcation and improves the rest of your eye cosmetics. They are great for making your brows look thicker or making thick brows look a bit less out of control.

Clear or tinted eyebrow gel?

Clear gels are ideal for those born with thick, prominent brows. They are great for those of us who just need a bit of relaxing in the brow area. Tinted eyebrow gels are great if you’re also hoping to shape and enlarge delicate brows.

How do you apply eyebrow gel?

  1. Decide whether you need clear or tinted gel.
  2. Decide whether to pluck or wax prior or if you are happy with your brows as they are.
  3. Beginning at the innermost crook of the eye, brush your eyebrows up and out with gentle strokes.
  4. You can use the eyebrow gel as a styling tool after you shape disobedient eyebrows by plucking or waxing. It can help you generate a picture-perfect arch profile, which will highlight the shape and hue of your eyes.
  5. I don’t have any eyebrow gel. Will regular hair gel work? Perhaps you could, but it is going to cause a flaky, almost dandruff-like appearance.
  6. Use eyebrow gel as the final step when grooming your eyebrows and your makeup overall. Otherwise, powders and foundation will get caught in the gel.

Can hair gel work?

While hair gel might sound like a logical idea for your eyebrows, being that your eyebrows are hair too, we don’t recommend it. Hair gels can be a bit gooier and result in a sticky mess. Additionally, they are not made for the eyebrows so can cause burning of the eyes if you sweat and it drips. Your best bet is to stick to gels specifically made for eyebrows.

If you want the brows of your dreams, you simply can’t pass up eyebrow gel.
